Konstantin Sterkhov

Konstantin Sterkhov is a Russian artist who is well known in Europe and Asia for his masterful works in watercolor and oil which show his classical training. His techniques come from the Repin Academy of Fine Arts that holds the lessons of a centuries-old realistic school. Konstantin enriches his works by using his almost 30 years of painting and master-teaching experiences around the world to breathe new life into old traditions.

He is often invited as an honorary guest, curator and jury board member for exhibitions across Europe. His works have been exhibited in solo and international group exhibitions and included in many museums, private and corporate collections in Europe, Asia and America.

Konstantin is the author of the “Masters Of Watercolor” book series and his paintings and articles are published in International magazines on Art. He is collaborating with such art supplies manufacturers as Daniel Smith and St.Cuthberts Mill and has his own signature line of watercolor brushes manufactured in Russia. He has released about 50 video lessons on DVDs.
