Georgia is very passionate about sharing my creativity and art with others and helping them gain access to that part of themselves, whether they are a beginning artist or a seasoned professional. My students have given me the nickname ‘The Art Whisperer’ so I hope that you will find something here to inspire, move you to engage more each day with art and the creative process. I invite you to share your experiences, ask questions and be a part of this creative community ~ we are all creative ~ and I will share with you everything I have in my power to do so ~ in the words of Vincent Van Gogh, “I am seeking. I am striving. I am in it with all my heart.”

Georgia moved from California to Australia in1984 to help her husband develop a Cotton Farm in the Outback. She painted as a creative outlet and a way to cope with the isolation and loneliness of a new lifestyle in a strange but fascinating new country.

The artist’s work is a reflection of her emotional response to the world, painting subjects in an expressive manner. Completing a Bach of Arts in Communication at CSU Sacramento, Georgia feels art has always been about Communication~ who I am, who you are and how we are connected through our humanity, relationship to this Earth and our place in history. Mansur’s paintings are diverse in subject matter as well as technique, displaying her adventurous nature and love of travel, teaching popular painting workshops all over the world about 8 mos. of the year.

Georgia is a Trained & Certified Golden International Artist Educator and is experienced in most media but prefers the ease of travel with Water media.
