Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared by the Asilomar team in the Crocker Fining Hall. They are committed to sourcing food from local farmers where possible and integrating seasonal ingredients into our recipes.

Prior to the workshop you will receive a dietary form for any special needs you may have.
