Unique Coastal California Setting, Exceptional Workshops
Pacific Grove, California is renowned for its breathtaking coastal scenery, dotted with rugged cliffs, pristine beaches, and the rhythmic waves of the Pacific Ocean. The area’s charming streets are lined with quaint shops and local eateries, giving it a delightful, and picturesque atmosphere.
Our Pacific Grove Campus is at the Asilomar Conference Grounds. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, along with the scenic vistas from Asilomar State Beach, provide an inspiring backdrop for our photographers, painters, sketchers and artists. The beach is a short walk down a boardwalk from Asilomar Conference Grounds or a short drive.
One of the most unique locations in the state, Asilomar is unparalleled. Situated at the tip of the Monterey Peninsula, Asilomar’s unique guest rooms are spread throughout the native Monterey pine and coastal live oak forest, all within view and a short walking distance of the majestic Pacific Ocean.
The historic Craftsman architecture, designed by Julia Morgan for the YWCA, is a national historic landmark and further enhances this special place.
