Our meal plan includes five buffet breakfasts and lunches at the hotel. During the evenings, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the best Southwest cuisines at a multitude of neighboring restaurants.
The Hilton culinary team utilizes the freshest local and organic ingredients including fruits, vegetables and spices from local farmers, and prime grades of meat from regional ranchers.

Acrylic Painting and Collage for all levels of experience
Paint freely “your way” as you channel the ambiance and impressions of New Mexico’s enchantment. I’ll guide you with prompts to free up your senses so that you might reveal an uncensored experience. From these exercises, we will create a series of six paintings.
We’ll take note of sights, sounds, feelings, and revelations as we explore Santa Fe. Your nighttime dreams might reveal themselves in paint, or perhaps it will be your daytime images, of churches, chili peppers, hollyhocks, Kachinas, rivers, sage, turquoise, adobe, low riders, or rusted pickups.
Let’s organize shape, line, and color to coax hints of reality from an abstract background and control compositional values and colors for emotional emphasis. While immersed in an inspiring geographical location, this class will help build your confidence as you discover new creative possibilities.
