Meal Plan Details
Our meal plan includes five buffet breakfasts and lunches at the hotel. During the evenings, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the best Southwest cuisines at a multitude of neighboring restaurants.
The Hilton culinary team utilizes the freshest local and organic ingredients including fruits, vegetables and spices from local farmers, and prime grades of meat from regional ranchers.

Step into the timeless charm of Santa Fe, where adobe walls, rustic stone pathways, and vibrant blue doors transport you to a world of artistic inspiration. In this workshop, we’ll explore how the Southwest’s unique architecture and serene courtyard gardens spark creativity and invite expressive, insightful painting.
Watercolor will be the focus – with gouache opening up a range of possibilities with the medium. Using watercolor and gouache techniques, you’ll capture the interplay of vivid colors and textures, from the warm, earthy tones of adobe and stone to splashy, color-filled flower gardens. Studio sessions will take place in the lovely Chapel space, focusing on iconic Santa Fe subjects. Reference photos—provided both in print and digitally—will help guide your exploration of this stunning locale.
During the week, you’ll enjoy outings to gather new inspiration, snapping photos and making quick sketches to inform your work. Back in the studio, you’ll have ample time for painting, complemented by demos, individualized instruction, critiques, and opportunities to connect with fellow artists. Class time will be structured, yet open enough to accommodate the artistic spirit within us all.
This workshop welcomes all levels of experience—whether you’re a seasoned artist or just starting out, all you need is a passion for painting and a love of discovery. Join us to celebrate the captivating beauty and charm of Santa Fe! The only prerequisite is an attitude of joy in the act of painting!
