Our meal plan includes five buffet breakfasts and lunches at the hotel. During the evenings, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the best Southwest cuisines at a multitude of neighboring restaurants.
The Hilton culinary team utilizes the freshest local and organic ingredients including fruits, vegetables and spices from local farmers, and prime grades of meat from regional ranchers.

Get ready to immerse yourself in the art of sketching during this captivating week-long adventure in Santa Fe. We'll focus on capturing the essence of people, places, and things, where no subjects will be left untouched through nonstop sketching, exploring tips, tricks and techniques from the book "Sketch NOW Think Later."
But that's not all! We'll also embrace the freedom of letting our watercolors guide us with the "Color First, Ink Later" approach, allowing us to capture vibrant scenes in a fresh, uninhibited way.
Join me on this five-day sketching expedition, and by the end, you'll have a sketchbook filled with beautiful sketches, cherished memories, and stories to revisit. The biggest takeaway is for you to walk away knowing the concepts behind this sketching approach and the tools to continue this practice when you return home.
