Meal Plan Details
Our meal plan includes five buffet breakfasts and lunches at the hotel. During the evenings, you will have an opportunity to experience some of the best Southwest cuisines at a multitude of neighboring restaurants.
The Hilton culinary team utilizes the freshest local and organic ingredients including fruits, vegetables and spices from local farmers, and prime grades of meat from regional ranchers.

Feeling frazzled and overwhelmed? Come spend an inspiring week learning needle turn appliqué with Denyse in beautiful Santa Fe! We begin with a trip to the Museum of International Folk Art for an immersion into the wide range of individual expression in decorative and functional art/craft. (We’ll also try to squeeze in a trip to the Botanical Gardens if time allows!)
Building confidence in our own aesthetic “voice,” we'll practice drawing techniques and create unique appliqué motifs for a small quilt top. Denyse will teach the hand-stitch technique, and we’ll have lots of contemplative and companionable time to talk, sew, and create together.
Tuition includes admission fee for the Folk Art Museum.
$20 Material Fee will be collected at the workshop.
